Our Mission
Derma Folder's goal is to help aspiring dermatologists in Pakistan prepare for exams online. Founded in 2020 by Dr. Syed Muhammad Sadat Shah, a dermatologist, who's mission is to make high-quality exam prep accessible to all, promoting dedication and discipline among our members.
Our Vision
At Derma Folder, we're breaking barriers in dermatology education. Our online platform fosters learning and teaching, empowering students worldwide. We're redefining Pakistan's role in dermatology, aiming to create skilled professionals who elevate healthcare nationally.
Founder's Message
Dear Derma Folder Family,
I'm Dr. Syed Muhammad Sadat Shah, founder of Derma Folder. I'm excited to connect with all of you! We started this journey back in 2020 during the Covid era with a mission to build an online platform for dermatology students.
Derma Folder is an exam preparation community built by students for students. What began as my solo project has grown into a thriving group, thanks to everyone's hard work.
Our members are students from across the country, all aiming to excel in dermatology. We provide detailed study schedules and practical exam preparation, guided by experienced professionals. We have strict rules to ensure fairness and take quick action to uphold our standards.
Hundreds of FCPS and MCPS candidates have successfully used our forum to become respected consultants. We also support D-Derm and MD students and are committed to providing free education for everyone.
Preparing for theory exams means creating and discussing tough multiple-choice questions, with monthly tests to track progress. Viva preparation follows a strict schedule, covering all aspects of clinical practice carefully. From TOACS stations to short-case preparation, each day is about improving our candidates' skills.
Looking ahead, we want to keep this culture of learning going forever. Our new website will be a central hub for everything we do, with regular updates from our dedicated admin team.
